It's a matter of extreme importance.  
I emailed Blackboard two days ago about the banners we wanted to put up for our ICM campaign. I expected them to be put up by next week since the website said we needed to email them at least a week before our campaign, which ... clearly wasn't the case here.

So imagine my surprise when Si Fan and I logged in to Blackboard at school yesterday, and saw the following (albeit in a different browser ... and OS).

We practically squealed in surprise because we'd realised after I sent my email that we needed to get authorisation from SAA to put up the banners, and then SAA sent us back to CASS where the office people had already gone out for lunch, and so we thought we were screwed.

WELL, OBVIOUSLY NOT, AND SO THE JOKER APPROVES.

House crossover  
So there is this crossover with House, MD I read...and you probably know where this is going. Read it, loved it, got distracted and didn't save it. Stupid me.

While in the hospital Rodney and John get involved in a hostage situation, with Rodney as the hostage. It ends with John being stabbed (?), not sure, but they both end up in a hospital bed. Turns out Rodney and House know each other from way back.
Also House, Wilson and Chase are in a relationship. Rodney and John are still dancing around theirs. Thor makes an appearance.

Anyone know this? Thank you in advance.

* Kelley, Jessica, Rob, and I are going to see Incredible Hulk on Friday. It'll be the first time for all of them. We managed to get four people together at one time. Go us! Usually, our schedules conflict.

* Also, Rob pointed out something interesting: The Dangers of Right Wing Sites Using Auto-Replace

* Now I have to get going. Rob needs a ride home.

Another fic search  

Hi Everyone,

I am lookin for another story and I can only remember one thing:

Through out the story Rodney has understood what Radek was saying in Radek's language (Czeck), but he does not let on until the very end of the story.

Everything's all right ... if only for tonight.  
We were talking about movies during ICM, and The Dark Knight came up. I said I watched it already, to which everyone was like, "OMG NO SPOILERS PLZ". So okay, I said nothing more. Then Qiming asked me, "Hey, does Harvey Dent become Two-Face?" and of course, I said "yes" because that is as universal as the fact that the sky is blue. Once that happened, people were covering their ears with their hands and asking me to stop with the spoilers.

LOL WUT. How's that a spoiler? ( THIS IS A REAL SPOILER. ) Harvey Dent becoming Two-Face, Victor Fries becoming Mr Freeze, Pamela Isley becoming Poison Ivy, Harleen Quinzel becoming Harley Quinn ... it's all too well known, like BRUCE WAYNE BECOMING BATMAN. OR YOU MEAN OH SNAP, THAT WAS CONSIDERED A SPOILER TOO WHEN BATMAN BEGINS WAS RELEASED? Colour me speechless.

That aside but still in a similar vein, perhaps as a spoiler to my own review, what I said about the Joker here: completely true. Aaron Eckhart is also a new man-crush.

I was sure I saw this one here, but I've gone back about 200 entries and can't find it.  The team is headed back to the gate, when they have to cross a bridge.  Naturally it collapses as John's crossing.  Ronon climbs down to tend him while Rodney and Teyla run to the gate for help.  Pretty sure there's no pairing, just team and whump.

Two fics  
I'm looking for two Mcshep fics.

The first one is a vampire AU, and I think it's influenced by Lenore's fic There's a New Kid in Town (the premise is similiar) and Anita Blake books.

The second one is an alpha male fic, John being the alpha male and I think it happens in a cave. There's a lot of growling and rutting and I think even actual sex. *g* And I think that in the end they're returned back to Atlantis. Maybe. I'm not really sure about that, I could be mixing that up with another fic.

Ok I am going insane looking for this John bugfic. All I really remember is John got the full blue scaly transformation and as he is changin back he is itching like crazy. He can't really talk and Rodney rubs lotion on in and helps him with the shedding.

Anyone? I offer fake internet brownies.
